Today was a big day on the farm…
The kids transplanted our eggplants, and you would’ve thought they were planting a whole future (because honestly… they are).
There’s something special about watching them learn where food really comes from. Dirt on their hands, sun on their faces, and pride in every plant they tucked into the ground.
These eggplants aren’t just crops—
They’re lessons.
They’re memories.
They’re the start of something bigger than all of us.
One day, they’ll look back and remember this… not as “just helping,” but as the moment they were part of building something real.
