Wild Ash Farm Return & Refund Policy

At Wild Ash Farm, we take pride in the quality and care behind every product we offer. Due to the nature of our goods, we maintain a strict return and refund policy outlined below.

Digital Products

All digital products are final sale.

Because digital items are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any digital purchases under any circumstances.

Physical Products

We only accept returns or offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item must be damaged upon arrival
  • The item must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging
  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

If these conditions are met, we will offer either:

  • A replacement of the same item, or
  • A refund issued to your original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Products that are opened or used
  • Products not in original packaging
  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
  • Any product outside the 7-day claim window

How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a claim, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
